It's exciting to be a key part of a progressive, leading edge practice. It's one of my jobs though to make sure that you're comfortable being here and feel welcomed. We know the technology can be overwhelming for some patients. If you have any suggestions to help us reach our goal of - 'patients first - always!' - please let me know!  I'm also always here on the phone to assist you in any way I can.  Place an order, make an appointment, or just call to let me know how you are doing with your new glasses! I love to hear from our patients.  

Our dispensary staff are highly trained to help you select the most appropriate frames and lenses to meet your individual needs.  They also take care to properly fit and adjust your new glasses and assist you with any eye wear counseling.  Subsequent adjustments are free of charge and if you have any questions or concerns our staff will be delighted to address them as meticulously as possible.  Our two expert opticians have a combined 25 years of experience in the field, and your eyes and vision are their top priority.  Need your eyeglass lenses today? No problem, in most cases, our managing optician can cut your prescription lenses for you while you wait.  Want something special for sports, computer or outdoor activity? Our experienced opticians can recommend and order the best lenses for your needs.

 Some tests are done at our office before you see the doctor.  These are designed to give the doctor some important information to help him/her better understand the condition of your eyes and vision.  Our well trained clinic staff is responsible for this aspect of your examination called pretesting.  They are also responsible for guiding you through some tests the doctor may feel are necessary after the examination such as visual field testing, digital retinal photographs and contact lens instruction.  

When it's time to get your contact lenses, our contact lens technicians will sit down and help you learn to handle them, put them on and take them off. We'll also give you clear instructions on their care.  We are patient and give you the time you need to get used to the lenses and we will answer any questions you may have.
